What a Week 🤪🌸 🌳 ☀️
April is really kicking out some cold winds and serious heat 😎
I genuinely believe I have potted everything on to the correct size now but you know within a week it’ll be crying out for planting on!
Back in to gardening full swing this week and it’s been joyful to see the growth in all my clients gardens 🤩
Absolutely in love with an old hobby to further dilute my time and energy 🙄🙈 but a runner’s gotta run 🏃‍♀️
Must try harder at the allotment next week as things aren’t looking so rosey 🫠🫠

It’s been a fun weekend of mulching, potting on and pricking out 🥰

I still have a lot of to do but I feel less overwhelmed and less exhausted because I took the time to rest and recharge ☺️

One more week of school, routine, work and being on the go before the Easter holidays 🐣

SWEET PEA TEEPEE ⛺️ 🍬 🫛

It’s been a dream of mine to make one but my garden is too small so when I got my allotment last year I jumped for joy thinking this is it!

I’ve had terrible time with my autumn sown plants and I only had about 6 sweet peas left!
I sowed more in January and those winter sowings are doing very well

I have made the structure and planted the sweet peas in to the soil that I have enriched

I’ll plant out my peas 🫛 as soon as chance of frost has gone and keep them all well fed!

Hopefully it’ll be a magical place for my children to enjoy on the allotment plot 🥹

It’s also made me think twice about autumn sowing this year 🤔
