What a brilliant experience yesterday. The dining room's vertical blinds decided to give up the ghost and stopped operating due to a broken drawstring. No problem, I was sure one of the local companies would replace the string, but not so, due to age, parts not easily available. Now, circa 3.30 pm, I called Gemini Blinds, spoke to Adele and was asked to take the blinds to them to see what could be done. (We close at 4.30). So plenty of time to drop them off I thought. Got there to be told they didn't carry spares for this make (due to age). Decided to order a new set and was told if I waited, they would do them there and then and so they did. Went home, and by 5.15 pm, the new blinds were up and working, ready for the footie.😂(South-facing garden and lots of sun). That is what you call service, the whole experience was such a pleasure and the information and friendliness of Adele and her team (family members) was second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending Gemini Blinds; the cost was excellent. We will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend this local company. Ken Paine.
