🔥April has been another busy month, despite bank holidays and the usual seasonal demand for boiler repairs easing off slightly with the warmer weather coming in.
📍We tend to focus our work mainly in Edinburgh & The Lothians, however, we are finding ourselves heading down to the Scottish Borders more and more regularly to repair oil boilers. We have visits to Galashiels and Peebles under our belt this month.
🔧We have started first fix on site at Gullane on a development where we are providing plumbing, heating and bathroom upgrade work for a longstanding customer. We are looking forward to seeing the end result!
Due to high demand for new boiler installations, we have launched in-house training to enhance our team's skills. Upcoming sessions cover oil boiler installations, hot water cylinder servicing, and powerflushing. This will equip each engineer to provide plumbing, heating, bathroom upgrades, oil boiler repairs, and a wider range of services.
🎂 Apprentice Kaiden turned 18! Stevie celebrated his 37th, and we are still waiting for confirmation on Ryan’s official age. Special mention to Kenzie, six months in and excelling in plumbing and earning great reviews. Office administrator Danni also picked up Employee of the Month for April. Danni does an exceptional job coordinating operations, managing communication, and ensuring both customers and engineers are supported. Her reward was a well-deserved free Greggs breakfast!

Worcester Bosch boilers are especially popular right now as we’re installing more of them than ever. Oil heating upgrades are also in high demand, even with recent price changes.
