Recent renovation of understairs. existing wall and understairs cupboard removed. spotlights added, re-plasterboard and skim. Camero boathouse oak vinyl plank floor patched in to existing flooring. Bespoke shoe storage seat area installed and painted.

Next rooms in renovation are garage converted to dining room with wall removed into kitchen area to create opening living space. All works completed and ongoing by Paul Roberts more pics to follow when works completed next stage new kitchen ceiling, open archway into larger square opening new ceiling and lighting plan and LVT flooring.

A few pics of some recent works completed on an ongoing house renovation in Appleton, new ceilings, internal wall removed to created large living area with feature media wall and living flame Inset gas fire. Floors screened and levelled and LVT tiled floors throughout. All oak joinery supplies and fitted.
