The lastest transformation of this spacious dining room.
The lining paper was coming away, there was cracks in the walls, damp stains on the ceiling and walls, and window sill cracks and chips.
The customers also wanted the fireplace to be stripped back to wood, the side wall lights removing and a renewed support for the curtains.
So thats exactly what I did, with a helping hand from MMS home enhancement.

Why just clean the gutters when you can get on the roof and clean it all to prolong the gutters needing redoing as soon 💪

Treated myself to a day off after my busy week, to then find snags in my own house. So im now cleaning my gutters and windows. No resting for this one.

Finished the week with free reins.
Started by removing the lining paper to discover copius wall plugs causing all the lumps and bumps. Removed them filled and sanded leaving a satisfying flat surface. Then time for painting 🎨 radiator needs a second coat but take a look

Started last week refreshing a hallway, stairs and landing. Fixing those annoying little eyesore snags and resiliconing 3 shower trays 🤩

A beautiful colour drench, absolutely love it 😍 and its not quite complete yet! Next on the list for me bannisters and radiators!
Lighting and electricals done by MMS home enhancement. It is all coming together so nicely, excited for the final reveal.
And the befores I actually remembered this time.
