Loft conversion nearing the completion stage then on to the next phase of this project with a en-suite extension to be built.

What a difference the before and after photos show the amount of work we’ve put into this but from day 1 thinking what have we started here😩 to what we have now achieved was definitely worth the wait for both the client and us 👏👏

What a transformation for this lovely couple making this unusable conservatory into a more liveable room

After meeting with them around January time after them seeing us recommended they were confident we were the company for this project 👏👏

We removed existing polycarbonate roof and installed a new cold flat roof system with a sky pod roof lantern

Alterations to windows and door position s

Upgraded all internal walls to a smooth plastered finish thanks to Altoft Plastering Contractors👌👌

Progress update on this latest project 80% completed

⭐️ 2 1/2 tons of steels installed🥵
⭐️new stairs installed
⭐️175x75 floor joists
⭐️roof walls and floor all insulated and upgraded to meet building requirements
⭐️2 dormers installed
⭐️all boarded and freshly plastered
⭐️bathroom and 2nd fix plumbing underway
⭐️electrical 2nd fix underway

Well that’s it for the year 2025 we’re aiming for the next year to be even better🤩🤩

We would like to wish all our valued previous and current customers for there custom👏👏👏

We have a big project starting in the new year carnt wait to get into this one been a bit of planning to make sure there’s a smooth running of works

Hopefully another big year for us 🤞🤞

We are still open to take additional work on in between this project whilst we have other trades in doing the quality workmanship as usual big thanks to these lads

Here’s our latest warm roof conservatory upgrade with a feature media wall 🤩🤩

We’ve transformed this conservatory to a more liveable room for our lovely customers after they’ve received our details for a previous customer who’s had the same transformation
