✨ Recent Project – Newton Aycliffe ✨

We’ve just completed this beautiful installation in Newton Aycliffe, fitting ‘Burnt Cocoa’ herringbone LVT throughout the entire ground floor.

This one started with some serious preparation. The old bitumen flooring had to be completely removed before we could begin. The subfloor was then primed and fully screeded to create the perfect base — because when it comes to LVT, subfloor prep is absolutely vital.

Once the screed had cured over the weekend, the installation went down like a dream and the space really began to take shape.

We’re huge fans of the oversized herringbone planks and the rich dark wood tones in this floor — a classic pattern with a bold, modern feel.

Great project and a fantastic transformation! 🙌
