Beautiful garden tended today! ​The lawn is freshly cut and edged, shrubs / hedges have been trimmed and shaped, and the borders are completely w**ded. We also tackled the patio areas, clearing out heavy w**ding and garden waste to expose a lovely area that's now perfect for chilling on those summer nights.

​The customer is absolutely over the moon, and we've already got future work to schedule.

Nice afternoon today - driveway hand scraped moss & w**ds, borders w**ded & tidied. The morning was spent digging out an overgrown section of another customers garden and planting up some new shrubs...but of course I forgot before and after pictures. Trust me, it looked fab!

After pushing this job back waiting for things to heat up (remember when it never stopped raining?!?), we finally got to resolve a mossy build up on this lower roof. Carefully hand brushed followed by a treatment to take care of any remaining stubborn areas. Gutters cleaned and waste disposed.

Job #2 firmly broke the 1/3rd rule but sadly this lawn had just got too out of control at over 2ft. At the customers request we took things down to a manageable height and will see how things recover - will be on hand to help moving forward.

Silly hats and big water bottle day!
Garden tidy in MSG this morning
Borders w**ded and barked for a regular customer in Darlington
Small tree removed back in MSG
Half a dozen large ericaceous shrubs planted for another regular.
We also managed to slot in 4 lawn cuts along the way and visited some old and new faces pricing up new jobs. Sun tans reaching level 10!

A little bit of effort on my own lawn this year! Scarified and overseeded mid April, 9-7-7 fertilizer, a dose of seaw**d, kept everything nice and damp - results 5 weeks later. Let's hope I can keep on top of watering through the warmer months 🙏

How do you solve a problem like Brian? He’s a great chap, but his solo tours of the village were giving everyone major anxiety.

​So, we’ve officially turned the garden into Fort Knox. Fence sorted, a massive new gate built and installed, the summer house sealed tight to block his favourite escape routes. We even threw in a fixed door handle, stable patio slabs, and some fresh gravel just to make his prison look fancy.
