Another colour render job completed.
After completing a neighbours we got asked to do this one too.
Job left how we found it, all windows and brickwork cleaned. Also driveway/paths fully jetwashed.

The teams have been doing some damp work.
We use the traditional waterproof sand and cement method for longer lasting results.
Two rooms in Darlington done this week and walls fully re skimmed.
Also a little damp job and outside sand and cement job completed along side these.

Some internal work completed last week.
Full house in Darlington. Full overskim. We also framed a new ceiling, boarded and skimmed it in one of the bedrooms.
Completed a full Attick conversion on a different property in Darlington.
We completed some patching work and formed a new arch in a different property in Darlington.
We also over skimmed a few ceilings and completed some patching in Richmond. All in all a busy week for the team.

I don’t usually post other people’s work but credit where credit is due! I think it shows when a tradesmen picks people to work on their own property.

Our render season is officially underway!
This particular project is getting done in stages for a builder so he can remove scaffolding. We will also be doing all the internal work on this one.

Please note.
We take pride in not rendering all year round as we do not want to ruin your project or our reputation.
If it’s raining or below appropriate temperatures we will not apply any render.
We have many but are also now taking more bookings for this years render season.
Cut off period will be around October/November weather depending.
