This mornings job the customer called explaining water is dripping form the discharge pipe outside and losing pressure on the boiler. So changing the PRV and repressurised the expansion vessel followed by an annual service. All up and running again and a happy customer.

Call out this morning as customer rang saying water was coming out of the discharge pipe outside the property. (It didn’t help the filling loop was left open). Easy mistake to make.
