I was called out recently as this radiator has fallen off the wall after a poor installation from a previous contractor....

I was called out recently as this radiator has fallen off the wall after a poor installation from a previous contractor.

I removed the radiator so the holes could be filled and redecorated.

I then reinstalled the radiator in a slightly different location and rectified the pipe work to suit.

Called out yesterday to a burst hot water vessel. Attended the property to isolate the water and stop the leak.Returned ...

A recent boiler change complete ✅

The customer contacted me as their tenants boiler had recently been condemned after bad workmanship was carried out by another engineer.

This meant they needed a boiler replacement urgently as there was children in the properly and no hot water.

Burst pipe fixed ✔️

The landlord contacted me as there was a leak in the property, I investigated where the leak was coming from which was a burst pipe in the floor.

Chased the floor to expose the damaged pipe work and replaced the hot and cold pipe work.

Tested and back filled. 😃
