Time to replace yet another old & tired timber decking with some nice, new composite decking in Pebble Grey… As always we stripped the area back to a blank canvas before installing a brand-new C24 treated timber deck which was topped with bitumen tape to protect all mating surfaces with the deck itself.
W**d matting was applied in the necessary areas to stop any w**ds getting through and then we progressed with laying the composite decking to a high standard giving a lovely complete job as can be seen from start to finish in the photos 😎

Another old, rotten decking being replaced with some lovely Chocolate coloured composite decking.

This client also had a soft water system sat on the old deck, we took photos and dismantled it all being extremely careful along the way. After the new deck had been built we reassembled everything, tested it all and made sure there were no leaks 👍🏼 And rebuilt a nice new composite clad box to hide it all away 😎

Bit behind on the social media front currently due to being so busy, but here’s a little catch up of jobs we’ve done over the last few weeks…

This customer had tried a few times over the years to re-turf the garden but to no avail, the south facing garden and super free draining soil meant that the grass really didn’t stand any chance of growing, so they decided to go down the artificial grass route with a nice little decking area at the far end of the garden for their little boy to play on.

It’s been a short while since I’ve updated with any jobs, Time is flying past and the diary is getting busy! Booking way into June now 😎

Nice Fencing job we did for a previous customer in Barnhurst last week.

The old lollipop picket fence had seen better days and the customer wanted to have something nice, new and fresh so we installed concrete slot posts, 12 inch concrete gravel boards and 4ft closeboard panels in Brown for a nice looking fence line with added longevity 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

As another week ends, it’s another job tied up…

This week we were helping a couple of developers who had recently bought this property after it being left empty for many, many years.

Whilst they were tied up with the renovations they wanted the lower half of the garden which had a lot of tree cover, stripped back to ground level, w**d matting applied and then we finished off with 15 tons of 20mm shingle.

Quite a transformation as you can see from the photos below, we also added a wooden sleeper boundary which when the time comes will have a fresh lawn laid up to it from the rear of the property, we also added some sleeper steps that will allow easy access from the main garden down to the tree covered section of garden.

Back to work with a bang after a few weeks off…

Have been over in Northumberland Heath this week installing this brand-new closeboard panel fence for this client, the client also had an old allotment area that she no longer used and wanted it completely removed and turfed over which we gladly assisted with!

So with the removal of the old & rotted sleepers we added 2t of fresh screened top soil and graduated the high area into the existing grass area with freash cut turf to blend the two areas together.

A few extra little jobs as well including felling an old conifer tree and replacing an additional panel on the boundary line with a neighbour with some fresh feather edge to fill the gap
