Roof at property was suffering from several leaks due to a failed felt roof. We stripped the old felt away back to original boards and then re boarded using 18mm osb. New GRP trims installed around the perimeter of roof and then GRP system laid. This product used comes with a manufacturers 25 year garuntee.

Here’s a clear example of why you should never cut your lengths of lead at 2400mm 😂 rips and tears all down the lead. Always stick to 1200 lengths to lessen the stress on the lead.
