A sneaky peek of this contemporary new build home perched high above the River Dart..... As it nears completion, we wanted to show some photos of the pre-weathered Pigmento Red Zinc cladding, easily one of our favourite cladding materials. Not only does it provide a high quality contemporary finish, it is also extremely durable with a life span often up to and over 100 years with minimal maintenance. It looks great and will stand the test of time, so it's a sure winner for us.

Another recent planning approval for a significant remodel and 2 storey extension to modernise a 1970's property located in Dittisham, Devon. With spectacular views over the river Dart, the proposed works will look to maximise these views throughout the main living spaces and greatly improve the connection between interior and exterior spaces. Looking forward to seeing this project start and progress on site in the near future.

Delighted to have recently obtained Planning Approval for this new self build dwelling. Situated on a steeply sloping site, the design is a simple, traditional pitched roof form, that responds to and embraces the challenges of the site. Walls will be finished in natural stone/render and with a standing seam roof, that sweeps down the front elevation. This design provides a clean contemporary appearance from the outside. With large rooflights above, the living spaces and double height entrance space will be filled with natural light, creating a warm and beautifully light interior.

Working with the fantastic we were very pleased to have recently received planning approval for the refurbishment and extension of a beautiful (Non-designated Heritage Asset) Georgian property in the South Hams recently. This project will reconfigure the internal layout of the existing property and provide a new open plan kitchen/dining space and boot room/utility room as well as various landscaping works. We're incredibly excited to see the progress on site to realise the vision the client has for the project.

Retaining original features in buildings is not always a simple task, but seeing these original trusses after sandblasting to remove layers of paint accumulated over 100 or so years, really is worthwhile. We can’t wait to see them take centre stage in this living space when completed!
