I Have just come back from the Devon Building Control awards 24, and we have won an award for our work again! Silver this year for Best Renovation for the 2 houses timber frame houses we built last year inside an old water mill in Plympton. It’s been great to go again and get recognition for all the hard work the team put in at A W Carpentry and Dartmouth Kitchens and Interiors. Last year we won the Gold award for Best residential conversion for the old Natwest bank in Dartmouth. Thanks to all the different trades and sub contractors past and present that have put in the hard work to make the awards possible x

22 Foss street which hadn’t been touched for a while! And after a full refurb turning it from a shop with storage rooms above to a shop with 2 x 1 bedroom flats above.

A full house refurb we carried out, which made it a lovely bright house for holiday rentals, the house was completely stripped, re-wired and plumbed, the windows on the top floor removed and a corner bi-fold door fitted to enjoy the view! Then all re plastered and painted with a new kitchen fitted from Dartmouth kitchens and interiors. The owners are extremely happy with what we did for them!!
