A recent survey by the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) has revealed a staggering £14.3 billion cost to UK homeowners due to unregulated building work over the past five years.

🔍Key Findings:

- Over a third (37%) of homeowners have hired rogue builders.
- Common issues include unexpected costs, unfinished jobs, and poor workmanship, often leaving homes dangerous or condemned.
- The emotional toll on homeowners is significant.
