Groundwork’s phase 1 ☑️ complete at our new build bungalow project in kingsdown ☀️
We undertook a full site clearance of all overgrow and the existing garage, to make way for the first dig out of our foundations. The shuttering was formed to engineers design, with a steel mesh frame fitted before being completely filled with concrete. Internal concrete blocks have now also been laid ready for the timber frame be be built off 🏠

🏡 New Build Carpentry package Complete in Deal, Kent 🏖️

Proud to have just completed all carpentry works on the first of 8 new build homes in Deal, now fully finished and ready for handover.

Scope of works included:
• Full staircase installation with oak handrail & spindles
• LVT flooring throughout the ground floor
• Oak internal doors fitted throughout the entire house
• Window boards, skirting & architrave finished clean and crisp
• Bespoke access doors under the stairs and into the loft space
• Installation of a high-end kitchen with integrated appliances and quartz worktops
• Custom built mdf angled wardrobes to suite the ceiling pitch in the loft bedroom

A great project from start to finish and a solid benchmark for the remaining plots to follow. Big focus on detail, quality materials and a clean, modern finish throughout.

This project involved a full bathroom renovation from start to finish. We blocked in a hallway window to create space for a new shower, knocked through and rebuilt walls to increase the overall room size, and completely reconfigured the layout for better use of space.

The result is a much larger, more practical bathroom with a clean, modern finish and improved functionality throughout.
