Here's a little response video (She posted on FB) of a job I did in Colwyn Bay.
This was 2nd visit from previous night to stop w.c overflowing.
Not nice at all. Took an hour to clear back yard of trash before starting. Cast iron soil pipe needed angle grinder and saw to get access.
Clean up of tools, equipment and waste disposal was 2½ hours. Total cost just over £1000.
Had to throw clothes away due to 💩.
Landlady was not happy with cost (who would be)
Surprised the state of place given her job.
Remember people be accountable for your actions or in this case inaction. Bit of maintenance would avoid this.
