Well it’s back to work on Monday and I must say I’ve enjoyed having a 2 week break but ready to get back to it now. Looking back over last year we completed over 100 projects ranging from repair patching to full houses. This oak framed extension was probably one of my favourites to work on though.

Looking forward to some new challenges and some exciting changes in 2025!

3 years ago this was one of my first jobs back after lockdown. 2 room extension at a back of a property in Chester to plasterboard and skim.

Due to factories and merchants being shut down getting materials at the time was like trying to find unicorn p**p 💩 the customer had to source them for this job and paid 2-3 times the normal cost.

It’s crazy to think back on how the whole country was basically shut down and the knock on effect from it all. It’s definitely changed the way we live our lives today.

Anyway that’s my little bank holiday throwback
