Todays boiler replacement removing 15yr old glow worm and installing a BAXI 825 (10yr warranty)

Tight squeeze and new flue hole required and brickwork patched up properly.

Shower cubicle replaced, as the previous 🤠 installed an edge profile in an old profile, and badly installed.

Floor tiles re grouted also.
