Bathrooms have to be finished in a durable acrylic matt, which is steam proof and mold resistant. Plaster work was mist coated before finish coats were applied for extra adhesion. Woodwork was finished in white satinwood.

The hall and stairs is the hardest area of a house to paint, not to mention wallpaper! But it's definitely worth the extra time to get a quality job. This textured wallpaper is hard wearing and washable which is perfect for high traffic areas and will last for many years longer than paint. Cielings were freshened up in white and all woodwork finished in gloss.

A full house turnaround. The client wanted a high quality finish throughout this property to make it ready to be rented out. All the walls were painted in Johnstone's durable acrylic Matt for longevity and the woodwork finished in Satinwood to give it that modern touch along with added durability. A downstairs WC fully papered. The stains were from a leak in the bathroom which were stainblocked. The walls needed cross lining before the finish paper could be hung to allow for better adhesion and evenness. All woodwork was finished in a mixed colour eggshell finish

A spare room freshly plastered and ready to go. Before adding the finish coats, the bare plaster had to be 'mist coated' with watered down white Matt to ensure the finish coats adhere properly. The window which was stained had to have a coat of zinsser B.I.N which is a primer that will allow the top coat to stick and not chip off.

Black mould is extremely harmful and can cause respiratory problems. It was cleaned off with fungicidal wash before the walls were prepped and painted. This upstairs flat bedroom suffered damp and leaks before the roof was replaced. The walls were finished in Johnstones Trade Durable Acrylic Matt which is also mould resistant, to give extra insurance that it doesn't return. Another happy client🙂
