Finished in a modern dark grey gloss with marble effect worktops and white metro tile splashbacks for a clean, sharp finish.

Works included:
• Kitchen unit installation
• Worktop fitting
• Sink and tap/plumbing installation
• Tiling and grouting
• Appliance housing and finishing touches

After plenty of hard graft and the odd late night, I’ve finally completed this loft conversion in a stunning 1800s cottage.
It’s been a real privilege to manage the job from start to finish and carry out all first and second fix joinery on such a character property.

To achieve this we have had to install -

•Ring beam joists and chipboard
•Stud walls
•Installation of stairs
•Insulation and plasterboarding
•Knock though into existing bedroom
•Removal of old spiral stairs & patching in floor
•New skirting throughout
