Well this full replacement warm roof was a bit tough in the heat for the lads!!
They’ve done an outstanding job getting this done in four days of glorious sunshine!!
Check the end pics of this post to see how it looked and how it is now!!
Still a bit to go on this next week,we need some radiators removed,ceiling boarded and plastered and the second fix electrics before the rads can go back on the wall!!
Lots of light with two large glass panels and a solar powered velux as the customer wanted as much light as possible with the balance of maintaining insulation!!

What a beautiful warm roof conversion!!
This polycarbonate roof was too hot in the summer and freezing in the winter!!
Now with an insulated warm roof this space can be used all year round!
We’ve also upgraded the French doors and multiple glass units,hinges and a few locks!!
Electricians have first fixed and now ready for DATOM Plastering Services Ltd in the morning!!
Love the red tiles ❤️🔥
