Chellaston Derby

Carried out a complete renovation on a main bathroom & ensuite

Once the ensuite was stripped out, we created so much more space, bigger shower tray and more area to place the furniture

Usually challenges but has definitely become one of my faves 👍🏽

Oldbury - July 23

A project in a man cave in Oldbury for a good friend from Plan-It Conttacts

Exsisting floor was an 18mm plywood floor, so we screwed down 6mm cement board at 20mm intervals with 25mm screws

This was then primed and tiles installed

1000x1000 Matt Grey Porcelain 10mm thick tile

Installed with a 2mm gap using levelling spacers

Next day grouted with Grey Flexible adhesive

… and on to the next one 👍🏽
