Something a little different…

We built a catio outhouse for a customer, so that their cats can enjoy the outside without the worry of them going missing, customers were very happy with how this turned out and so are we!

Customer came to us to help with the heat loss situation in his barber shop, so we did the following to improve heating efficiency.

•frame out for new ceiling
•100mm Celotex
•foil tapped
•loft insulation around perimeter
•plaster board ceiling and skim
•re install of lighting

He is over the moon with the final results and can not wait to get back to work in the warmth.

•joist repairs and replacements ✅
•22mm tongue and groove flooring installed (glued and screwed) ✅
•edges sealed ✅
•stairs repaired and made safe ✅
•bulkhead bed frame built ✅

Somet a little different today for our friends at Cole & Ivy developments

2x bespoke bay window boards, personally this way looks 100% better than your traditional window board, 1 joint instead of multiple creating a seamless finish contouring the wall below.
