It’s crazy what a difference a full redecoration can make to a property. The previous tenant had gone for dark green walls with a black ceiling, so we’ve brought it right back to a clean, fresh white throughout. 🤍

🚿 NEW SHOWER ENCLOSURE SUPPLIED & FITTED 🔧

Another job completed for a landlord after ongoing issues with a shower leaking through to the property below.

When we attended, we found multiple cracked tiles and several areas where water was able to get through. Unfortunately, a simple repair wouldn’t have been suitable and could have resulted in further problems down the line.

We recommended replacing the shower enclosure and addressing the affected areas to give the landlord a much more reliable, long-term solution. ✅

The new shower enclosure was supplied and professionally fitted, leaving the bathroom looking fresh and, most importantly, helping to prevent any further leaks and damage. 🙌

🚨 EMERGENCY CALL-OUT! 🚨

Saturday saw us heading out to a property where tenants had unfortunately discovered a leak. We couldn’t leave it until Monday, so we attended straight away to get it sorted! 🔧💧

One of the main water pipes had developed a leak, causing damage to the kitchen ceiling. With brand-new flooring recently fitted in the kitchen, we definitely didn’t want to risk any further damage! 😬

We quickly got to work, fitted a new section of pipework and got the leak fully resolved. ✅

Another emergency sorted and, most importantly, some very happy tenants! 🙌😊
