After wondering how to hide a very ugly looking gravel board retaining wall we decided the best idea would be to use decking planks and to fill the border at the top with large Scottish cobbles to stop the lady's dog running up and down the border...i even managed to rope in a bit of help from my little lad...and he loved it! So now he has his own wheel barrow.....🤔🤣

This was a great job and thoroughly enjoyed...except the access but hey, you can have everything! We were tasked with filling in a pond and replacing some awful deathtrap decking covered in horrendous fake grass (I really detest fake grass and refuse to lay it now!) with a lovely new patio of stunning porcelain slabs. The wall was replaced with lovely Welsh slate and a replacement water feature put in as a centre piece...what a transformation, the customer loved it and so did I!

This was an interesting one that i first did back in 2013! The customer asked me to come and make a bit of change to what had originally been done. It was a sleeper bed that they wanted to make another access route through to the bottom area of the garden. A bit of head scratching later and hey presto a new set of steps, linked in to the old sleeper bed from 10 years ago!
