This project of asbestos removal in a building for public use, was turned around in three days after two months of rigorous planning.

We were tasked with removing asbestos ceilings in four rooms and re-instating the rooms as quickly as possible with minimum disruption.

This process involved sending samples to a laboratory to determine what type of asbestos was present. Once the results returned, we arranged for a licenced asbestos removal company to attend.

All the lights were disconnected and once the procedure was completed, we created a suspended grid ceiling and put in new L.E.D lighting and emergency lights.

This bathroom was a quick upgrade. Stage 1 involved removing the bath and replacing it with a shower enclosure. Stage 2 involved removing the old toilet and sink, then replacing it with a hidden toilet cistern and vanity units with a bathroom worktop for a clean finish.
