During hot weather, timber can shrink and expand as moisture levels fluctuate. It's part of what makes real oak authentic, but it's not always ideal for your home.

Our hand-sculpted beams are created from a specialist plaster-based resin, giving you the appearance and character of aged oak without seasonal movement, twisting or shrinkage.

Every beam is individually sculpted on-site, making it perfect for renovations, extensions and new builds where you want character alongside long-term stability.
