We’ve recently finished up on a beautiful farm house renovation in Barnham Broom. Installing new radiators adapting the older system to accommodate an additional 10 radiators as the house only had heating in half of the house. We installed a new Worcester external boiler. (Note that flue guard was installed after, forgot to take a photo of it). We also installed the pipework to these stunning bathrooms and kitchen. Being a 200yr old house it’s always a bit more of a challenge but with great reward. Was a wonderful job to be involved with. 🔥🔥💦💦🔥🔥

Recently all in the same week we had 2 old oil combi boilers leak from the main water jacket which unfortunately means a new boiler. Both being emergencies to replace in Felthorpe and Foulsham. We worked through and got both customers up and running again with a new Grant external combi with a 10yr peace of mind boiler warranty. Another customer up and running.

Another recent combi conversion done, this time in Gressenhall. Removing an old Wallstar boiler. We converted over the system to suit a Grant external combi. With plume kit to safely terminate flue gasses. Customer has gained lots of room taking away the boiler and cylinder and dirty loft tanks out of the house. All signed off with a huge 10yr boiler warranty.

We’ve recently upgraded this system in Wendling. Removing a broken down heat only boiler which the customer wanted to changeover to a combi design. Removing all loft tanks and cylinder freeing up lots of room. We installed a new Baxi 800 combi with that huge 10yr warranty. New Combimate water conditioner and wireless stat. Flushing the system which was much needed. This system was on lpg which the Baxi 800’s are easily converted over to from natural gas. Another happy customer with better water pressure and peace of mind and with radiators that actually heat up.

Sorry for being a bit quiet on posts. But we’ve been extremely busy since new year. Quite a few new boilers some emergency installs, breakdowns and “loads” of servicing. But we’ll pop some posts up with what we’ve been up to through January when I get a chance. We’ve got a lot of work ahead of us including a few overlay underfloor heating systems, Gas and oil installs and a few heat pumps to show off.

As always feel free to get in touch for anything you may need plumbing and heating. We’re always happy to help where we can.

Also we’re keeping a few days spare now and then for servicing and to help out with breakdowns etc.

An old single skin tank out with the piers on the huh!! A wedge of wood under the base of the tank to keep it level 🤦‍♂️. We made a new base and a nice new Atlantis bunded tank with a 12yr warranty right next to it. Old tank was obviously disposed of. Another customer with peace of mind that their oil tank wasn’t going to fall over into next doors garden. 👍🏻

Thankyou to all the existing and new customers for your support throughout the year, last few weeks especially as was quite hectic. Another year ahead we already have some excited projects to undertake. We hope you all have a great Christmas and a fantastic new year. Some recent work done in Wendling for Bentley Builders Norfolk on a garage conversion that was carried out. Customer also wanted some radiators changed and also had pressure fluctuation issues on when showers were used. So we installed an accumulator to prevent this issue. No more pressure dropping in showers when toilets are flushed etc. 🔥🔥💦💦🔥🔥

We was recently asked to upgrade some controls for a larger property with multiple zones for heating and hot water. Customer wanted full control from their phone. So we installed a Hive system to control all zones and hot water. They have full control of the system from their pocket when ever they’re away from home. 🔥🔥💦💦🔥🔥
