Menopause or BPD? We don’t know yet we will next week tho. Mental health can literally wreck your life. But you have to remember you are stronger. For me I need some extra help now as I can’t seem to shift it. For me medication will be temporary. I really didn’t want to have to take it but sometimes you just have too & this is the time I need too. When the bad days out weigh the good then it’s time.

I’m back & I hope you all haven’t missed me to much 🤣 I’m currently on medication for sleeping which has been helping me massively as well I’m getting better. I will do a video tomorrow for you all. I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who have reached out to me & granny boots. I’m not going to lie as you know me girls no filter. But I have been though a really bad mental health period. One of the worst I have had to go through. I have had plenty of support. Louise my mental health nurse is a diamond I absolutely love her. She just get it & understands me. She got me an emergency counselling appointment Monday which helped as well. And I meet another women Sharon. She is a dote. I know it hard to reach out for help but please do. Thanks to my family & friends for the support. Life has been really tough. Thanks everyone for your patience. And I will talk to you all tomorrow, Love Triona ❤️ xx
