**POLITE NOTICE**

Today is the second time in less than a week where I have arrived at someone’s house and found nobody is home. When you book appointments online you are sent a confirmation email from Calendly (this can end up in spam folder so please check). It also says we require a minimum of 24-hours notice when cancelling appointments.
I am self employed, if I don’t work, I don’t get paid. When you book a slot and are not home this takes away my ability to earn a living. Not only that but wasted fuel driving to your house, when I could be with another customer being paid for my time. If this continues I will be forced to take payments upfront for appointments.

If your radiators only get hot at the top & cold at the bottom. Or you’re constantly having to vent your radiators then I suspect the system is full of sludge (iron oxide). Check out the inside of this 15mm pipework! Unfortunately whoever replaced the boiler 3-years ago didn’t clean the system properly.
After a thorough Powerflush, the water is no longer black and the heating is working efficiently again 👍🏽

It’s happened again… another emergency boiler over the Christmas holidays 😅
This time the 14-year old Flexicom 30sx was uneconomical to repair, plus it was massively oversized. New Glow-worm Energy7 18S System boiler fitted with Glow-worm Power filter means it comes with a 10-year guarantee on parts/labour as standard. We used the existing Glow-worm smart wiring centre & ClimaPro2 controller which allows for priority hot water and load compensation on the heating. Allowing for improved efficiency & performance.

For over a decade, residents have been promised the health infrastructure to match Didcot and Oxfordshire’s growth. The land is there, the funding was there, planning permission is there and yet still no surgery.

This petition is about patients, families, and access to local healthcare. The message is clear: 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬.

Today we replaced a 30+ year old Worcester 240 Combi. It failed last week and the part required was obsolete. If you have an old boiler with obsolete parts we recommend that you put a plan in place to change it. As they always fail when it’s freezing outside 🥶
The shiny replacement is a high efficiency Vaillant EcoTec Pro 28. Installed with a Vaillant SensoHome controller which uses load compensation for improved comfort and efficiency. This boiler comes with a 7-year manufacturer’s guarantee as standard.
