One of our projects we worked on last year for a lovely local family near Diss.
A complete gutting out of the existing building and an 80% extension to the side.
New windows and door throughout, new roof works, knocking through main hall way entrance into kitchen New designed and relocated staircase, all newly fitted shower and steam room, air-conditioning throughout,
Fitted kitchen,
The extension was neatly attached to the side with entrances top and bottem meaning we knocked through 1/3rd of the existing side gable top to bottom to make a seamless walk through from the kitchen and upstairs landing in to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and heated whirlpool bath room,with build in cupboards.
From the down stairs kitchen into the snug area, with w/c and side utility room.
All the exterior render was finished in a chosen colour and sprayed on with a silicon based k-rend product all around the new and existing property to create the wonderful finish it has now.

Aurora Builders Another local job completed!
We've never had to do bargeboard repairs like this before and we'll probably never get the chance to do anything like it again.
A complete one off, but as always the team nailed it!!
Years and years of rott, filler and attempts of making it good.
All hand carved on site to replicate the original, painted and fit by us.
Carpenters at their best 👌

Return visit to finish off the lime rendering to our listed cottage.
Unfortunately winter kicked in and couldn't finish the top coat. So we wrapped her up over winter to finish it this spring.

Aurora Builders.
Another knock through kitchen renovation, unfortunately didn't get photos of the before kitchen.
But finished results looks amazing.
We also divided up a really big bedroom and turned it in to two rooms and en-suite.
New hot and colds and new drains to the en-suite

Hard to describe the amount of work that went in to this renovation dividing up rooms and completely relocating a new bespoke staircase and adding a galley kitchen and new livingroom space to help accommodate an elderly couple living with their family one side of the house.

A quick swap around in the entrance area, we took out existing front door bricked the lower level up and fitted a new UPVC white double glazed window.
We then bricked up the dwarf wall, fitted the existing door into the gable end of the entrance and finished it off with the stunning oak porch and the new main entrance.
Another local job, with a happy customer.
