The whole purpose was to make and sell sauces but with no environmental health certificate due to lack of doors ( fitted 29th August 24 eventually…) we couldn’t swing it, so NO CERT!!!! The world is full of petty arseholes (You know who I mean) but we are bright enough to let this play out, in our favour…
I miss you all and now I know what we can do, so look out for a food outlet soon maybe 😉

Hallo Everybody Peeps!

We are at J. Wright & Son butchers in Donaghadee for a couple of hours from about 11am.

These are award winning butchers that feed us 7 days a week and attached is what I bought from them yesterday which fed 3 of us. These are £17.99 kg and well worth it, please see Air Fryer pics below and come see us for inspiration for a great weekend of grub 🥩🥩🥩🧄🧄🧄🌶️🌶️🌶️

MEGA SCORCHIO ORANGE HABANERO, ARMAGEDDON, CARROT AND SHALLOT BOTTLES OF CHILLI SAUCE- this really caught me out too🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

J. Wright & Son are also stocking the usual 4 Chilli sauces and 3 types of Chilli Oils for retail sale which will make great gifts.

Please come and join us Saturday 15th November from 11am - 1pm at J. Wright & Son Butcher in Donaghadee for a tasting of several NEW PRODUCTS.

These Folk are AWARD WINNING Butchers and feed the 5 of us 7 days a week, so well worth a trip out... You know I am picky 😉

Tasting will be done on Sour Dough Bread which is available in-store!!!

Killer Cranberry sauces coming soon!!!!

Hello Chilli Family,
we have 2 different varieties of Cranberry sauce available next week.
Port and Clementine and Cherry Brandy and Clementine. Both are mega and not a single Chilli was harmed during the manufacture of these sauces 🤣😂🤣
These are very indulgent and will save any Turkey Dinner, I will post next week where they can be purchased.

BIG plant sale this Saturday 1st November. We have loads of Chilli Plants of various size and Scoville rating. 100's of plants that MUST go to new homes for the winter, all they need is a south facing window and fed every couple of days.
We will be there from 11am to 2pm and want to shift the lot, these make great presents, especially for the Teacher your child frequently gets detention from or the Boss at work that you do not like lol

Plants with fruit on them starting at £3 up to monsters at £20, first through the door gets to pick and choose the best of them. I have been cooking non stop with these plants for weeks now and indoors they are not effected by seasons, so will produce fruit all year round🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

We also have a load of leather sofas that we are giving away ranging from 2 seaters up to 4 seaters.

7 burner gas range and a wood burning pizza oven both to go.
