Here are a selection of photos from some fine projects we have been working on in recent weeks. All these projects will have Systemair MVHR units supplied and professionally installed by HomecAir. The projects featured include a two storey timber frame home in the Trillick area which will have a Systemair VSR500 unit, an existing bungalow in the Coalisland area which will have a Systemair VSR300, a two storey timberframe home in the Ballinamallard area recently completed with a Systemair VSR500. A new build near Castlecaulfield which will have a Systemair VTR150 and will also have our retractable hose central vacuum system, also another new build two storey home in the Donaghmore area which will have a Systemair VSR300 unit and a new two storey home in Coleraine which will have a Systemair VSR500 unit.

Some pictures of another recent project we are working on with a prestigious contractor, this time in the Donaghadee area. This particular project presented a few challenges for designing and installing the ducting system. However, our 20 years of experience was key to our appointment on the project and we were able to provide an efficient system design to satisfy the home’s layout and airflow requirements. We specialise in MVHR systems for one off homes and enjoy working on these unique and interesting projects. It’s been a very busy month following the Belfast Exhibition. Here are some photos of another fantastic self build we have recently first fixed with our MVHR system. This one is a new two storey home in the Dungannon area and will have a Systemair VSR300 MVHR unit, supplied and installed by our in-house install team.

Great to see so many people at the Selfbuild show in the Titanic Exhibition Centre last weekend. One especially pleasing enquiry was from the nephew of an existing customer, who because of the hugely positive feedback from his uncle who ‘loves’ his HomecAir MVHR system that we installed 17/18 years ago, is planning to put our HomecAir Systemair MVHR system in his new build next year. We also had a few customers with 30+ year old Villavent (old brand name of Systemair) MVHR systems installed and asking about servicing, which we are glad to provide. We have been installing the Villavent/ Systemair MVHR products for 20 years and long term reliable service should be a top priority for anyone thinking of getting a MVHR system for their existing home or new build.

A recent handover of a MVHR system supplied and installed in a great new build private home by HomecAir for a customer in the Claudy area. The system uses a Systemair VTR300 located in a ground floor utility room with the cupboards finished neatly around.
