I'm really pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for this one off new home in Barnetby. The sloping site was used within the design to allow for two stories whilst also minimising the visual impact of the house. The design has a classic feel with a modern twist, blending well with the surrounding area whilst standing out with individual identity.

We’re pleased to share these CGI visuals for a cottage extension designed to create a beautiful new sun room.

The proposal enhances the existing character of the cottage while introducing a light-filled space that connects seamlessly to the garden. Careful consideration has been given to proportion, materials, and detailing to ensure the extension feels like a natural continuation of the home.

Another project with planning permission approved this week, this time for a lovely modern kitchen extension offering bright and airy open plan living. The lantern roof light combined with the bi-folding doors really helps to create the feeling of openness and luxury.

I'm proud to announce that planning permission has been approved for the conversion of this Grade II listed barn into garages. Having a design that was sympathetic to the original building and its prior uses was key to this project gaining listed building consent. But also providing in depth documentation and visuals really helps to sell the project to the planners and conservationists. All in all, a great success and another happy client.

After quite a long time and a fair amount of negotiations, I'm proud to say this front / side extension in Wombwell has planning permission granted. Another happy client can Finally make the additions to their home that they've wanted for years.

Work is well underway on an exciting project converting an old building in Conisbrough into luxury flats. There have been some tricky obstacles in the way to ensure that the refurbishment meets current living standards and the building regulations but I can't wait to see the progression to completion.

It's been a privilege to work on such a beautiful Grade II listed building recently. Being sensitive to the character and history of the house, even when only making minor alterations, is key to a successful listed building application helping to bring this 1750's house into 2024 and beyond.
