In the final part in this three-part series on the house renovation we did for a landlord in Doncaster, we'll show you what we accomplished in the living areas, bedrooms and stairs.

After completely revamping the kitchen by replacing the kitchen sink and taps and retiling the splashback, and the bathroom where we stripped out the old suite and installed new models, before decorating each room, we got to work on the remaining rooms in the house – the living areas and bedrooms. Here, we carpeted the bedrooms and stairs, and decorated each room as required to ensure the house was ready for the next tenants to move in.

Last week we showed you the start of a full property refurbishment, including the kitchen, living areas and bathroom, at a landlord’s request in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

The specifications for the project were that it had to be done quickly (we had a one-week turnaround) and on a budget. As always at Clarke Property Services, we love a good challenge and got straight to work!

After completely revamping the kitchen by replacing the kitchen sink and taps, retiling the splashbacks, and decorating, we moved on to the bathroom. Here, we stripped out the old shower, toilet and basin and replaced all with brand-new models. We fitted new laminate flooring and gave the whole room a lick of paint, ready for the new tenants to use.

We’re really happy with the result considering the constraints we were working under!

We’ve recently completed a full property refurbishment at a landlord’s request in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

We're really excited to share with you the finished HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) project we've been so busy with over the past few months.

The house in Woodlands has been completely transformed from a 3-bedroom semi to a 5-bedroom HMO, complete with a brand-new extension to the rear. We created a new bathroom from scratch in each of the 5 bedrooms, and a brand-new living area in the extension.

The property has been completely rewired to strict HMO specifications, and a brand-new gas boiler has been installed and certified.

The property is completely unrecognisable from what we started with (see our previous posts), and we're really proud of the result.

In part two of our deep-dive into the huge HMO conversion project in Woodlands, Doncaster, we'll show you how we went about building the extension, knocking through walls and doorways, putting up new stud walls and re-wiring the whole property.

As the photos show, a new extension to the rear of the property was erected, which would ultimately become the new living area. We plaster-boarded the whole house and plastered all walls and ceilings. The first fix for plumbing and electrics was carried out.

We've been working on a huge project in Woodlands, converting a 3-bedroom semi-detached house into a 5-bedroom HMO (House in Multiple Occupation), featuring a brand-new extension to the property which has become the lounge area. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, and the entire property was rewired to HMO specifications, with a brand-new gas boiler installed for good measure.

This has been a mammoth undertaking for our small business, and a job that we're really proud of. Over the next few weeks, we'll showcase different aspects of the project, from start to finish.

To start with, we brought the building back to bare-bones, removing plaster and woodwork ready for the new layout to take shape.

We were recently asked to completely gut and refit a bathroom in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

The goal was to completely transform the existing bathroom into a stylish and functional space. This began with the removal of old fixtures and outdated elements, creating a clean slate for the new bathroom to be installed.

The renovation involved rebuilding the walls and ceiling to address any structural concerns and ensure a smooth surface for the fresh design. The installation of new lighting and a modern and efficient shower cubicle, complete with updated plumbing and waterproofing, was a central focus.

The outdated sink and radiator were replaced with contemporary, stylish alternatives that blend seamlessly with the overall design. A durable flooring solution was selected, capable of withstanding moisture and daily use. The homeowners actively participated in the design process, contributing to the choice of a color scheme and design elements that brought their vision to life.
