The characterful properties with traditional detailing will be worthy additions to this beautiful area.

A transformation project we are developing on the beautiful Morthen Road in Wickersley - swipe for the existing.

The house has evolved through a series of lack lustre add-ons over time resulting in a sprawling plan with a poor flow.

Our design interventions have sought to unblock the layout by squaring off the building with better proportioned rooms.

Breaking up the long front elevation is a new double height entrance which cuts into the roof, opening up views through the property and bringing light into the centre of the home.

Before and after images for the transformation of another bungalow on Warnington Drive in the South Bessacarr Conservation Area.

At the front, a new gable with feature windows will create a more impressive frontage and the vaulted porch will add a welcoming entrance bathed in natural light.

A double height extension at the rear and centre will deliver a large master suite with balcony and feature gable windows overlooking the generous mature gardens.

Exquisite interior design choices and installation by and RSM Joinery and Building on this whole house renovation and extension project where we were employed as the architect.

The level of detail, standard of finish and layering of beautifully complimentary high quality materials and lighting is truly stunning, and a testament to the extensive and exemplary co-operation and decision making between builder, designer and client on site.

The patinated bronze ironmongery alongside espresso dark stained oak is especially successful. The project as a whole is very cohesive and an amazing achievement that everyone involved can be so proud of.

Another stunning renovation and extension project completed with Developing & Building Ltd in the Sprotbrough conservation area.

Scroll for the before photos to see how the house has been transformed through careful addition of render to break up the otherwise overbearing red of the brick and tile.

The new windows and glazed garden room also help to modernise the house - the opened up, light filled spaces make for a beautiful family home.

Lovely to be back in Misterton recently to visit this contemporary extension we designed which is now complete.

The brickwork walls of the listed farmhouse have been exposed and the new glazing wraps around to showcase the original house.

The glazing can fully open up at the corner with some clever engineering which cantilevers the roof over the corner, giving the feeling that the roof is floating.

Design development images for a kitchen extension we are currently working on with full span thin framed glazing and an over sailing roof. This contemporary addition will frame views of the generous gardens and open fields beyond.

Planning submitted this week for this remodel and extension to a 30s detached home in Bessacarr. A new entrance aligned with a central remodelled stairwell will create a dramatic entrance with views through to a new open plan kitchen diner. Excited to see this transformation take place.
