We have been putting final touches to a pre application for advice submission to the local authority this week, for 2no 4 bed detached dwellings on an infill plot on the outskirts of Nottinghamshire.

These promise to be something special with views over a horse paddock to the rear aspect, set in a beautiful semi rural village location

We’re in the final stages of concept design development on this replacement dwelling scheme in Doncaster.

Once the further ecology surveys have been carried out we can submit the planning application for consideration by the local authority…

If there is any potential for bat roosting identified as part of any preliminary assessments, then further dusk emerge surveys are required, which have to be undertaken between May and September.

This unfortunately means until these are carried out, a planning application will not be validated by any local authority, meaning things have to stand still for a short while…

Plastering complete and overlay underfloor heating starting to be laid at our extension and renovation project in Finningley. It’s going to create a fantastic light filled Kitchen and family space for our clients 😊
