Hello everyone,
As many of you will be aware, the cost of just about everything has increased significantly over the last few years. Fuel, insurance, parts, tools, training and the general costs of running a small business have all continued to rise.
One thing that hasn't changed, however, is my pricing. For the past 4–5 years I've done my best to absorb those increases and keep costs as low as possible for my customers.
Unfortunately, I've now reached the point where I need to make a small adjustment to my rates in order to keep providing the reliable service that you expect.
From today:
🔧 Hourly Rate: £80 per hour
🔥 Boiler Service: £80
The vast majority of jobs are completed within an hour, and I'll continue to be upfront and honest about costs before carrying out any work.
Many customers have actually been surprised that my prices hadn't increased already, but I've always tried to keep things fair and affordable wherever possible.
I completely understand that times are tough for many people right now, and I genuinely appreciate every customer who chooses to support a small independent local business like mine.
Thank you for your continued support over the years. It's never taken for granted. As always, if you need any plumbing, heating, servicing, repairs or advice, I'm only a phone call away.
