We have chicks at Flyte so Fancy Head Quarters! 🐥

Our Pekin Bantam has hatched out 7 healthy little chicks.
We are excited to watch them grow up, as their dad is Ragnar (our relatively new Pekin Cockerel) who we haven't hatched from yet.

'My second Gypsy willow hen house.

My second purchase of the Gypsy willow hen house.
This time it was delivered flat packed.
The access to my walled garden was a problem that Daniel overcame with the offer to deliver the Gypsy flat packed, I was thrilled.
I engaged my carpenter to construct her in the garden. The step by step instructions made this really easy. The icing on the cake being a small pot of green and red for any small repainting in the future, just so so thoughtful.
Could not possibly recommend highly enough.'

We have had a few exciting changes around Flyte so Fancy recently. 😍

We've changed one of our display chicken coops for an Arch Bird Aviary (small version) to accommodate some rather exciting new members... 4 beautiful Budgies that have been bred and raised by our Workshop Foreman😁

They are settling in already, and have been spoilt with lots of toys and accessories over the past few days. All we need now is some names.... any suggestions welcome 🤩

Quick Woodchip Refresh! 🤩


As we have had a very wet and glum start to the year, we thought we would share how to freshen up your woodchip when you have a spare 20 minutes in-between the rain showers😂

We do have a full video on our YouTube channel of how to do a full Woodchip reset and clear out, but when the rain is this persistent, a quick re-fresh before spring is sometimes all you can do!
