Urgent call out to install new outside tap & pipework, connect to mains supply with isolator. Cost.. £70.
Whilst there, customer said their kitchen sink empties slowly and smells, you could see the horizontal section of waste pipe tilting back against the flow. This had allowed sediment to build up!
2.5 metres waste pipe to outside drain, new 1.5 bowl waste kit including new sink outlets +more direct flow.
Repair the damage to wall previously made to drill waste pipe hole, repaired with mortar n brick, smoothed to look like wall & seal around the pipe, black pipe to match other pipes. Materials and Labour £85.
It’s not always about the big jobs, the little jobs are important too. 😊
