Reinstate with a polymer breathable coloured render to allow the structure to breath,

Ceiling had failed and started to delaminate from insufficient preparation and previous damage, the only course of action is to put a new ceiling up.

▪️Remove down lights
▪️Fix new plasterboard sheets
▪️Plaster skim finish
▪️Cut out for down lights and reattach them
▪️decoration

ATTENTION.

Looking for a labourer, experience not essential but would be good, looking for a young lad who is willing to learn and grow. 18+ ideally.
CSCS card not essential at this moment in time.

Trial period only, as I am looking for suitable person that can handle the work load and help my business move in the direction I want it too.

This type of work is very demanding, physically and mentally, so not for the faint hearted.

Attention to detail, good time keeping, some one that answers there phone and can communicate properly are essential.

If the applicant ticks all the boxes, there could be the possibility of going on to learn the trade of plastering in the future.
