We were tasked with a pull up and relay of 106m of porcelain which had previously been poorly laid, no sub base, no slurry and in some places no mortar. All butted together with no grout joint. We pulled up tiles and ripped out base, put down type 1 and relayed on a full bed of mortar and slurry applied. 5mm grout joint and uncovered the 2 manhole lids that had been paved over, installed recessed lids and cut tiles into.
Needless to say the customers were extremely happy with the outcome

A little front garden make over, 100mm timber edge and planter to the front. Dug out stoned up, w**d membrane installed and slabs started. Still need to install new manhole cover and finish the fence once the budget allows.

Little Saturday morning job, customers fence blew over in the last storm, luckily not too much damage so was able to salvage most of the materials and save the customer some money. Just re-dig holes and concrete posts back in, replace a couple of gravel boards and the customer awaiting delivery of 2 more panels. Feel free to contact us for a free estimate.
