Grant Bros Developments Ltd have proven to be more than capable of delivering these two projects at Downpatrick Racecourse. The latter in conjunction with Redweld Stables who also sponsor a race at Downpatrick this weekend. Both projects designed and lead by ourselves. Wishing both companies continued success.

I have to say I’ve never experienced a larger crowd at Downpatrick Racecourse! Fabulous weather and atmosphere throughout the day.
Was a pleasure to be involved.

We are delighted for our clients!!
Today we received the second of two Planning Appeal Decisions Granting Planning Permission within less than one year OVERTURNING Local Authority Refusal of Planning Permission.
We feel vindicated for the planning advices and designs we provided...and also not least the determination and trust placed in us by our clients to pursue the cases through the Planning Appeal process!!

DOWNPATRICK Racecourse Grandstand refurbishment is progressing towards completion...second fix electrical well advanced, trim out of Judges Box nearing completion, terrace repairs in progress towards specialist coating. The final external steel elements to be painted have been shotblasted and primed...just a small window of good weather will see the final 4 coats of paint applied...looking forward to the Comms System and TV Broadcasting System tests upcoming soon...and we’ll be good to go!!

New bespoke dwelling near DOWNPATRICK progressing through masonry and roof timber phases. This new dwelling will respect its rural context through use of appropriate form, scale, massing and materials. Excited about this one!!
