Nice little fake chimney breast built finished off with oak mantle and brick lips round the inside. These and media walls are very popular with customers at the moment. Nice little flat roof decked out, little lantern added then fibreglass to finish and make this completely water tight.
This last minute cut out for a lantern will create alot of natural light down onto the stair well below.

Kitchen ripped out and dividing wall taken down to bring 2 rooms into one to create a space double the size for a new kitchen.
Everything been boarded and skimmed then flooring gone down all through new kitchen space, hallway and down stairs toilet. Now just the painting, skirting and architraves to go before new kitchen goes in.

Nice little fascia, soffit and gutter upgrade done in rose wood to match all the windows.

A garage conversion completed before Christmas. Turned this garage into more useful space which consisted of a spare bedroom/playroom at the back with utility room at the front.

Another kitchen upgrade progress so far going really well with lewis jones at LGbuild.
Ripped out old kitchen, all flooring taken up n kitchen through to large hallway and downstairs toilet ready for the new stunning herringbone flooring flowing all the way through. All prepped and new plastering done ready for us to fit this new kitchen. Looking forward to finishing it now to see the end result.
