Recently completed for a lovely couple in greenhill Sally Winslow and hubby Paul.
The bedroom floor was rotten so new joists & flooring installed.
The Bay window area needed the inner skin of brickwork re building incorporating a span lite lintel to bridge an air brick to maximise airflow.
Whilst there a couple of doors needed easing and re hanging and a new double socket installed.

New wall mounted oak handrails to stairs & oak handrail & spindles to landing.
Rather than replace the newel was cladded in oak.

Squeezed this job in for a couple in Dronfield.
New large loft hatch with wooded ladder for easy access.
Fitted two new LED strip lights, pull cord switch and new lighting circuit.
Raised the existing joists to accept 100mm top up insulation then overboard with 18mm flooring grade chip board.
