We had a trial of opening on Sunday between 11am and 2pm for the past 3 weeks (as if anyone noticed).
It's been such a success (NOT) that we're curtailing it.

Why is it that the simple ideas work, and because they're simple we dismiss them 'cos they're not 'clever' enough?
Put my remnants outside yesterday and sold 2!
Why didn't I do it 15 years ago. Doh
