Last weeks work.
On this job the customers floor had dropped in the far corner of the living room. When we took up some of the laminate and floorboards to inspect we realised that all the floor joists were rotten so we replaced all the floor joists, replaced the floorboards and re laid the existing laminate flooring and skirting.

Added more space to this living room by utilising the sheltered area to the rear of this property.
Knocked the wall through and also added bi fold doors to let in plenty of light and make it feel even more spacious.
