Here's another flat roof completed by us here at rdc property maintenance.

This customer is a relative of someone who we did previous work for and got passed our number.

This customer had a leak causing the plaster boards to collapse inside the front room.

We were asked to pop round and provide a free quote, which we did.

On inspection we found the old flat roof had been bodged and covered with a metal tin sheet roof which was still leaking.

So we set about removing it all. And replaced it with new 18mm osb boards and a new tourch on felt system to not only shed some weight but to also give this roof a water tight seal.

Here's another job we at rdc property maintenance completed last week for a returning customer 😀.

We were asked to give a quote on replacing the old soffit and fascia on this house from white to grey.

The work included removal of all the old white soffit and fascia.

We then supplied and fitted new grey soffits and fascia along with new grey dry verge caps and new costal line grey cladding above the door and upstairs window.

This customer called us after having other roofers round to carry out the work to a flat roof and ever since it been done the roof had leaks.

We went round to investigate on doing so we found the problem.

So we gave a free quote and we was asked to carry out the work.

Work included removal off all 3. Yes 3 different roofs that had been fitted to get us back to the original boards.

We then used a film on film tourch on underlay. No need for a 3 layer system as this is just for a log store.

We then used a high quality grey mineral cap sheey to give this roof a much needed lease of life and a to make it leak free for the customer.

We removed all rubbish from the property and gave the customer peace of mine with a 30min hose pipe test.

All work was gauranteed for 15 years.

Supply and fit new firbre felt

Supply new treated 2x1 laths

Supply and fit new marley ludlow major smooth grey tiles

To supply and fit new dry verge system

To supply and fit new dry ridge system and ridges

Also to supply and fit new eps system

Skip and scaffolding included in the price

All work carried out by us is gauranteed for 15 years

So we have been busy here at rdc. With another new roof completed.

We were referred to this customer via some one else we had completed work for.

As you can see from the pictures this was an old tired roof which needed a new lease of life.

Work included.

All old ridges removed

All old tiles removed

All old laths removed

New fibre felt fitted

New treated 2x1 laths fitted

New olde english red lulow tiles fitted

New dry ridge system fitted

New dry bonding gutters fitted

New lead fitted

All work gauranteed for 15 years

All rubbish put into skips provided.

So its been a busy start to the year here for us at rdc. This is why we havent posted much on the socials. So heres one we did last week. This customer got in conatct with us asking us for a new roof after getting the number off our van whislt we were doing the neighbours roof.

All work included

All old tiles removed

All old laths removed

All old felt removed

All new fibre felt installed

All new treat 2x1 laths installed

All new smooth grey ludlow majour tiles installed

All new bonding gutters installed

All new dry verge system installed

All new dry ridge system with new smooth grey ridges installed

Here's another job we completed last week this customer saw a van working locally and asked us for a quote regarding the eurocell coastline grey cladding.

We popped round gave a very reasonable quote and we were asked to carry out the work.

As you can see in the pictures it has totally transformed the front of this old tired property.

Another great start to the week for us at rdc property maintenance. We were contacted by this customer and asked if we could provide a quote to remove the old flat roof and fit a new pitched roof to the front of the property.

We went round to give a free quote and were asked to carry out the work.

So after 2 days of work including.

Removal of the old flat roof
Fitting new joist
New fibre felt
New Laths
New tiles
New lead
New soffit fascia and guttering

This customer asked us to take a look at a leaking roof window. On further investigation. We found the previous roofer had completely bodged this one up. So we gave a quote and we were asked to carry out the work which included.
